Community & Amenities

Building our Legacy
Today, Cornerstone Village is a community of 310 homes and 43 different floor plans that takes pride in its historical character while maintaining the modern amenities that discerning homeowners desire.

Community History
Combined in 2001 to comprise a full city-block neighborhood in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, Cornerstone Village consists of four buildings, each with its own unique history.

The historic Manor building, on the southwest corner of Peachtree and 6th, is a Neil Reid creation from 1923. Having been both a hotel and residences in the past, the former Peachtree Manor Hotel is now home to 40 one-bedroom condominiums, as well as our community offices, gym, laundry and private theatre for homeowners.

The six story 800 building, on the northwest corner of Peachtree and 5th, was built in the late 1940's. Now, over 100 one- and two-bedroom traditional lofts occupy the upper five floors; street level retail fills the first floor, as part of Midtown's "walking neighborhood" vision.

The 100 building, on the southeast corner of 6th and Cypress, was built new in 2001. With the desirable features of a traditional loft - high ceilings and exposed duct work, these one- and two-bedroom homes have a contemporary feel and practical elegance.

The same concept applies to the interiors of the one- and two-bedroom lofts of the 200 "Gallery Building",also opened in 2001, many with balconies that overlook the pool.
